   A tier 1 global investment bank's Sydney branch is seeking an
experienced C++ developer to work within Equities IT – Cash
Execution APAC.

This is a position for a very experience C++ developer who is either
already in finance or working on robust multi-threaded mathematical
applications.

ALGORITHMIC TRADING OR FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY!!!

The role will be 100% development/design and will give you exposure to
valuable financial products and systems, including an Equities Platform
and Market Data Feeds (eg. Reuters, Bloomberg etc…)

You will be working on a multi threaded, high performance, fault
tolerant algorithmic trading capable OMS (Order Management System)
capable of communicating with multiple clients using different
interfaces (RV / TCP-IP / FIX)

To be successful for this position you must have the following:

    * 5+ Years C++ development and OOD      * Experience in C++ compilers
(GNU and Intel)      * Have thorough experience working with Linux and
Solaris      * Have extensive experience with multi-threading      * Be
experienced designing reliable, scalable real-time applications in a
distributed environment      * Have experience in STL preferably boost
Other areas which would be advantageous but not essential include:

    * Financial experience      * TIBCO RV      * STL, BOOST – C++
Libraries      * Unix system level programming (select, socket api) and
Unix user level tools
