Location: Arlington, TX
Duration : 6 +months
 
 Job description:
-Must have a Bachelor's degree
-5 to 8 years of software engineering experience in a Windows and/or Unix environment
-Proficiency in C/C++
-Proficiency in Perl
-Proficient in the Visual Studio development environment
-Extensive knowledge of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using OOD methodology
-Must exhibit an understanding and willingness to utilize formal structured software engineering processes as outlined by the Capability 
-Maturity Model (CMM)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
 
Preferred:
 Distributed systems architecture
Multithreaded application development
TCP/IP, and serial protocol communication
Windows Asynchronous I/O, memory mapped files, and shared memory
 
 
 
  Design, implement and test highly scalable distributed software 
applications in a structured software engineering environment. Work in a 
group setting and perform software development tasks assigned by a Software 
Project Engineer or Software Lead Engineer.
