Duties/Responsibilities:

Work with a team of embedded software developers to design, develop advance=
d UI platform / middleware for high end, multimedia capable CDMA/GSM phones=

Qualifications:=20

=B7         Five or more years of software engineering experience desired=20

=20

Skills/Experience:=20

Requirement:

=B7         Outstanding C and C++ programming skills in embedded systems

=B7         Experience with Assembly language (preferably ARM)

=B7         Experience with data structures & algorithms

=B7         At least one RTOS (Linux, WinCE, pSOS, Nucleus, REX, VxWorks).

=B7         knowledge of inter-relationships between compiler, runtime and =
standard libraries

=B7         CPU and OS dependencies on standard C++ library

=B7         Templates, exceptions and their impact on performance, memory e=
tc.

=B7         Expertise in debugging difficult problems in embedded devices w=
ithout full debugger support

=B7         Must possess ability to work independently (self-directed & sel=
f-motivated)

=B7         Must be capable of functioning in situations where requirements=
 are not well defined (produce results with incomplete information)

=B7         Candidate must be able to communicate technical ideas in a clea=
r and un-ambiguous manner to other technical (and possibly non-technical) p=
ersonnel

Education:=20=20
    * M.S. degree is preferred in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivale=
nt=20
