Clean tech start-up company seeking software developer to lead the build of a service-based technology platform.  The technology platform manages and analyzes time series data with a heavy modeling and simulation focus.  Applicant needs to be entrepreneurially driven and comfortable working in fluid, rapidly changing environments.  Responsibilities include programing, as well as leading a small development team within an Agile Development culture.  This position will report to and  have daily interactions with company CTO.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
 
-  bachelor’s or masters in computer science 
-  preferred 5+ years of experience with cloud computing applications
-  3+ years experience with Python (or equivalent object oriented languages)
-  UI development experience preferred
-  web-based skills - AJAX, javascript, html, css
-  additional beneficial experience:  java, C/C++, wxWidgets, SQL, django

The team will comprise of 3-4 developers with focuses/expertise in:  networking/server dev, web-based/browser dev, UI dev.
