Software Engineer

 Immediate Need, job still available as of TODAY=20

 Location: Atlanta, GA / Chandler, AZ

Project Description:

Building IA based platforms for the Consumer Electronics market segment and=
 enabling Independent Software Vendor (ISV) applications on client=92s plat=
forms. Team is responsible for working closely with software engineers from=
 to help them design, port and integrate their applications on top of clien=
t=92s SW/HW platforms.

Responsibilities:

=B7         Identifying and debugging video/audio/graphics integration issu=
es with drivers and the rest of the software stacks

=B7         Creating and performing high level acceptance testing on softwa=
re releases from ISVs

=B7         Setting up software development environments like installing/re=
building SDKs from ISVs on top of client=92s software stack

Necessary Skills (Must Have):=20

=B7         Linux, C/C++

=B7         Knowledge of audio/video codecs like MPEG2, AC3 etc

=B7         Ability to work in a fast-paced, and interruption-driven enviro=
nment

=B7         Need someone who can look at code and understand it

=B7         Good communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Skills Desired:

=B7         Knowledge of DirectFB, OpenGL

=B7         Good understanding of streaming/graphics concepts for Blu-ray &=
 DVD
