We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Development Engineer to join our=
 team of innovative engineers in beautiful San Luis Obispo, California near=
 Cal Poly University.

This team works with companies both in the US and internationally, on high-=
value integration projects helping them leverage each other's technology.  =
You will have opportunities to learn a wide range of new technologies, work=
 with a dynamic group of other engineers and businesses, and may have a cha=
nce to do a little traveling.  If you're more excited to finding new soluti=
ons to old problems rather than wearing a pager to support a years-old code=
 base, you'll find this an interesting job.

BASIS QUALIFICIATIONS:

=B7       Bachelor=92s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ y=
ears relevant work experience

=B7       4 years professional experience in software development

=B7       Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as=
 C, C++, C#, Java, or Perl

=B7       Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design and data =
structures

=B7       Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solvin=
g, and complexity analysis

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

=B7       Experience taking a leading role in building complex software sys=
tems that have been successfully delivered to customers

=B7       Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best p=
ractices for the full software development life cycle, including coding sta=
ndards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, =
and operations

=B7       Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems

=B7       Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, an=
d senior management to collect requirements, describe software product feat=
ures, technical designs, and product strategy

=B7       Experience mentoring junior software engineers to improve their s=
kills, and make them more effective, product software engineers

=B7       Experience influencing software engineers best practices within y=
our team

=B7       Hands-on expertise in many disparate technologies, typically rang=
ing from front-end user interfaces through to back-end systems and all poin=
ts in between=20
