Location:   West Palm Beach , FL
Duration:   10 months Contract
Pay Rate/hr (on W2/1099/C2C without any benefits): DOE


Skills and qualifications:

=95 BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
=95 Minimum of five (5) years of C#.Net development experience.
=95 Minimum of two (2) years experience in developing web applications usin=
g technologies such as Silverlight and WCF RIA.
=95 Minimum of one (1) year experience developing applications for mobile d=
evices such as RIM Blackberry.
=95 Minimum of two (2) years experience in using relational Oracle and SQL =
server databases.
=95 Experience in developing data services is preferred.
=95 Experience with Esri=E2=80=99s ArcGIS Server and Arc Objects desired.
=95 Knowledge of Oracle Portal and OSIsoft=E2=80=99s PI and AF desired.
=95 Understanding of hydrology and hydrography principles, and environmenta=
l and operational systems preferred.
=95 Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in w=
riting, to a wide variety of staff.
=95 Ability to lead activities independently and as part of a team.=20
