Job Description:

Develops, tests, and documents software programs including operating system=
s, applications, and network products. Combines Software Operations Systems=
 Engineering and Software Applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

=95 Analyssis, design, development, unit testing, code consolidation, and c=
ode maintenance projects of our document imaging and workflow management so=
ftware. In addition, there will be opportunities to work with design/analys=
is teams in developing modules for new product types and help to provide st=
rategies for performance testing. Creation of internal documentation for de=
velopment while assisting a professional documentation expert with the end =
user documentation.

Requirements:

=95 Communication is a key elemment of our plans for the company's growth.

=95 The ideal candidate will have the ability tto work across multiple indu=
stry segments to help define ongoing development requirements. A willingnes=
s to provide technical analysis and recommendations for proposed new produc=
t enhancements is required. Be highly proficient in their profession and de=
tail oriented.

=95 Experience developing Windows or Unnix applications required.

=95 Strongg experience in object oriented design and programming including =
full software development life cycle.

=95 Knowledge of relational database progrramming and experience with MS- S=
QL or Oracle or DB2 or ISAM databases, both high and low level programmatic=
 integration, is highly desirable.

=E2=80=A2 Localization experience, particularly with European languages a s=
trong plus.

=95 Familiaarity with multiple hardware/software development environments, =
languages and technologies including MS Windows and Unix variants.

=95 Experiencee developing industrial strength client and server applicatio=
ns in MS Windows and/or Unix using MS Visual C++, MFC, SQL, and ODBC using =
ANSI standards where applicable.

=95 Prior experience in a highh volume consumer business a big plus.

=95 Priority will be given to resumes that included detailed C++/JAVA progr=
amming abilities.

=95 Regularly sets up, adjusts, assembles, controols, tests and operates co=
mputer equipment to generate input and output and transmit data.=20
