Any practical book or sample code to implement DDD using EF in C#

Hello every body,

I am trying to learn the DDD and implement it using EF. 
Can anybody share any practical book that has code samples along with explanations.
I have already gone through a case study "Using ADO.NET Entity Framework in Domain-Driven
