When I've worked at ERP company, their ERP consisted from many modules
and of course most of those modules were generic (mostly CRUD).
But almost every customer which took their ERP wanted custom modules -
which mapped to their core domain. These were specifically built for
their domain (even if they were mostly CRUD - since the devs didn't
know any better - at least they investigated the domain as much as
possible).

But you have many highly complex domains in ERP systems (since large
ERP system often consists from large number of modules).
