this specifically is in the Domain of Security, specifically RBAC and
Hierarchical Roles, RBAC is designed such that it allows you to have 2
roles that conflict. Because this is the topic of an entire book, I'll just

pdf that shows some modeling in uml

helpful).  I forget if you need work out an SSD or DSD Constraint, but it's
one of those 2, and researching those more may help.
