I'm not suggesting to pushing someone's door, rushing into his office and
crying out my next idea of saving the world.

My responce was towards your idea that execs don't have bandwidth to sort
out qualified and unqualified voices.

The process I use might be performed within minutes.  Yes, successfuly.

And, my question is: aren't you sure that you can improve the way you spend
your time?

E.g. the usuall question: do all meetings bring value to you?  Or you
provide a value there?  Or can your team be more effective and
self-regulated, so you would set only general direction and constraints and
it would work out to the solution?

I don't know what'll work, but I definitely see the room for
imporovement...
