My responce was towards your idea that execs don't have bandwidth to sort out qualified and unqualified voices. The process I use might be performed within minutes. Yes, successfuly. And, my question is: aren't you sure that you can improve the way you spend your time? E.g. the usuall question: do all meetings bring value to you? Or you provide a value there? Or can your team be more effective and self-regulated, so you would set only general direction and constraints and it would work out to the solution? I don't know what'll work, but I definitely see the room for imporovement... -- Andrey V Khavryuchenko http://www.kds.com.ua/ Silver Bullet Software Solutions http://www.kds.com.ua/edu/ ------------------------ Yahoo!
