Ok.  You've been advised at least twice to achieve that your goal to
*actually* do XP.

What your XP project will be?
When it will start?
When we will see the observable Value?

It has not be large.  Just find a fellow programmer near you, pair with him
and share your experience as you deliver Value at the end of each
iteration.

So, what and when?
