Glen's comments were about how long his boss and his boss' boss work. Not how hard. The response implied the problem was their inability to do effective time management. I doubt that's the case. My exposure / experience matches closely with Glen's and tells me that's not the problem. Rather than jump in with that, I posed a comment that I hoped would encourage an information exchange that might, in turn, foster an increased understanding.
