In what ways will answering that question help you with your primary
concerns about outsourcing?

Here's my guess about your interest in Six Sigma:  "Some companies are
using Six Sigma.  If I can connect XP to Six Sigma, that gives me a
way to talk to those companies about XP."

Is that something like what you're trying to do with your attention to
Six Sigma?  Anything else?
