What do you think? You understand XP. But you may have forgotten that the XP Customer selects stories in the order of highest value / lowest cost first. Most teams that I have worked with use at least a simple ranking of value such as H, M, L. Also, I believe that Earned Value is generally not about the same kind of value as business value.
