Please pick one XP-ish practice that you have tried and adopted. I'd prefer one
of the most successful. Then tell us how you decided it was worth trying, how
you became comfortable that you could try it in your environment, how you made
sure that nothing would go wrong, to keep yourself from getting strung up, how
you measured whether it was working, and so on.
