You responded to me about values (priorities) being expressed in dollars.

Story points are the amount of effort we expect to put into a story: one
week, four days, 7 hours, whatever.

Dale seems to be saying that the EVMS dollar measurements are an input
rather than an output measure. I that it Dale?

As far as whether it's right, I don't have a clue. Glen?
