This would certainly help alleviate the common problem I've experienced: that the customers don't take the time (for whatever reason) to give me feedback on a per-iteration basis. If they paid for each new version of the product, I suppose I'd have a better chance of getting their feedback. The product looks more like value for money than simply seeing items checked off a list.
