Perhaps some of us have misunderstood you. I think I took you to be 
saying that the people doing development beneath your level can't
use story cards (you won't let them). Correct me if I'm wrong, but 
based on the above and on  some other posts, I'm thinking that what
your saying is that people who find a need to use this or some other 
tool can do so - but that some translation is needed at a higher
level. Have I got that right?
