Many thanks to Charlie Poole, who sent me a link to a tutorial on 
XP. As I look it over, I see a strong similarity to Six Sigma both in 
the steps in the process and in the intent. I'll try to send out a 
message on this a bit later.

I still don't have a handle on the tie between Extreme 
Programming and Extreme Customering - are these synonyms?
