Hi, My name is Mike Johnson ( http://www.bigattichouse.com ) all of
my projects are completed remotely, being agile and remote can be
quite a headache.

Typically, The best tool I've used has been the telephone... and
I've noticed that anything less that calling every other day =
disaster... daily phone calls (if not 2-3/day) seem the only way to
really stay on top of remote projects. IM helps, but many customers
don't want, or won't have it installed.

Does anyone else here try and work this way? What ideas/strategies
have you used to overcome the lack of face-to-face communication?
What do you use to share the "note cards" with your customers?

In frustration of trying to pair-program/mentor some SQL with someone
remotely, I built some shareware to assist in solving the
difficulties I run into when working remotely, I hope to build some
more tools, but I'm not sure how to approach the "XP Market". (feel
free to throw ideas/needs out!). I thought asking here might give me
some insight.

Mike Johnson
