Industrial XP

Folks,

Industrial XP made its first appearance in Silicon Valley last night at 
BayXP.  The presenters were Russ Rufer, Somik Raha, Tracy Bialik and 
myself. I'm now pleased to publicly announce Industrial XP and its 
companion web site, http://industrialxp.org.

Industrial XP is the suite of industrial-strength values and practices 
that have helped Industrial Logic successfully implement XP with small 
and large organizations.  This extended XP process has been useful for 
large scale, mission critical and enterprise applications of XP.

Some of the key extensions in Industrial XP target the management side 
of XP projects.  These practices include Readiness Assessments, Project 
Chartering, Test-Driven Management and Project Retrospectives.  Diana 
Larsen and I will be conducting a tutorial on these practices at XP 2003 
(http://www.xp2003.org/tutorial/keriewsky.html) and at the 1st Agile 
Development Conference
