The thoughts and feedback I got here and on th= e XP list took a while to gel. When they did, I realized that a lot of the= problems I had with XP / Agile were a function of deeply ingrained and lar= gely unrealistic expectations. I find that the belief sys= tem that was causing the problem is more insidious than I expected and I ha= ven't shaken out all the roots yet.
