Thank you for your time in responding to the survey.
Here is the link to the results:

The survey results brought a few points that we would
like to look further into.
1. A female working with another female (i.e. a
female-female pair) is not as compatible as a
male-male or a male-female pair.
2. What is the length of time in hours that you would
be comfortable working in a pair programming session?
3. Which quality would you prefer more in your pair
programming partner - similar skill or similar
experience?
At the Agile Development Conference last weekend, it
was suggested to Dr. Williams by somebody that having
an attractive partner affects the concentration while
pair programming.
Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Neha Katira
