I'm starting to design a refactoring tool for (automated) Customer
tests, and am assuming that some Customer users of the tool would be
non-technical.
I'd appreciate knowing whether you have had experience with
non-technical customers writing customer tests. If they wanted to and
tried, but didn't continue, were there reasons beyond lack of time that
stopped them? What does that tell us about the tools (which was used?)
and what is really needed?
Email me directly if you'd prefer to keep your comments private.
Many thanks, Rick
