As I said before, I found previous postings very interesting.
There are other XP-related groups (refactoring, testdrivendevelopment)
that look very healthy. Instead of taking for granted that
this group doesn't work, let's start posting questions/comments
specific to XP adoption/advocacy.

Lack of understanding/willingness to try XP by people outside 
the XP community is one of the main points of having this group,
and trying to revive the discussion.

I don't agree with the "don't tell them" approach, by principle:
I think the project management/customer relationship/culture 
issues are the main ones driving XP acceptance (or lack of), and 
the challenge is to get a common understanding of the dynamics in
SW development.

We XP enthusiasts certainly don't own the whole truth. Only through
dialog we may advance the state of things to hopefully have more 
humane social environments for SW development.
