Agile Methodology Implementation

I am a graduate student at the Graduate School of Computer and Information 
Sciences of Nova Southeastern University conducting research on factors that 
affect the implementation of agile software development methodologies.  I have 
developed a survey instrument to be distributed to developers, management, and 
business professionals in a variety of industries.   I would like to ask you to 
please take the survey as your group is the perfect population to provide 
answers about adopting XP.  There are no known risks or rewards for 
participating in this research.  

The survey is designed to determine if the following factors affect the 
implementation of agile software development methodologies:

•  Involvement of functional and senior management
•  Development of a transition or implementation strategy 
•  Access to external resources for training and guidance on using the 
methodology
•  Use of modeling and templates in the methodology
•  Size of the company and/or development team implementing the agile 
methodology
•  Collocation of the development team
