The attachment is named "MoreInfo.vbs". Google shows
one entry that seems to be from someone called "Harald Ponce de Leon"
at oscommerce.com.

Yahoo doesn't store attachments. I suppose if I was really industrious
I could take a few minutes to extract the thing from the Google result,
decode it from base64 and see what the silly script does, but I suspect
it's a worm.

If it is a worm, the only thing that can be said with reasonable
certainty is that whoever's machine is infected has both your
name and that Yahoo group in their address book.
