Looking for an organization adopting XP in the Greater Boston Area

I am a PhD student at MIT and I am currently working on my
dissertation. I have decided to study software engineers and how they
work. I want to concentrate on how people manage the process of
adopting a new development process, how you get to change the way work
works.

I would love to have a chance to observe the process of adopting one
of the process improvement methodologies CMM, Agile, XP, SCRUM, etc.
If your organization is going through the process of adopting one of
these maybe we could talk about opportunities to learn more about your
organization and to discuss how I could contribute to your change
process. Or if you know of an organization that is going through the
change process I would appreciate any suggestions on possible contacts.
