RE: Managing Extreme Programming

I'm not against learning new and foreign concepts--in fact, that's what I
want to do in this discussion.  I need to start with the executive summary,
though, not drinking from the firehose.  From that, I need an expert to
guide me through the relevant bits as they become important to the
conversation.  I don't have time to go learn everything I can on my own and
then come back and have a discussion.
