But on an XP project, we do start with all the stories ? We may end 
up with a different "all" than we started with, but since all what 
leads to changes in the "all" is tearing up one story card, and 
replacing it with another, which is estimated in the same manner, we 
have at all times an "all" against which we can measure "% complete".
