Yes, that is arrogant in tone. Please separate the arrogance from the 
content, and examine what remains. Will you do this for me ?

I'm sure some XPers are arrogant from time to time. But "arrogance" 
is just a feeling, a response to some interpretation of some message. 
Let's separate these various components.
