Two of us are spending next week in ATG Dynamo training. The PM and
I are going to the ATG Open conference the following week. The other
developers are wrapping up their other responsibilities.

I encouraged the team to do some reading about XP. A few of them
have expressed interest. I loaned out Kent's white book. I have
distributed "The Costs and Benefits of Pair Programming" by Cockburn
and Williams to half the team. I distributed Cockburn's chapter on
office space and convection currents of information from "Agile
Software Development" to two of my teammates after a conversation
about our open workspace.

There will be a Test-First Seminar [1] at the ATG Open conference.
I'd like to digest that material and then share it with the team upon
my return. I'm considering forwarding the URL for "JUnitTest
Infected" to the team today, but I don't want to flood them with too
much information. Any advice?
