I tried Y'all, and was corrected by my Georgian team members.  They pointed out(in jest) that the correct phrasing when addressing multiple people is "All y'all" and also that either phrase coming out of a northerner just sounds silly.

How I really addressed it was to talk to the folks who took offense.  We agreed that I certainly meant no disrespect, but that there was no good replacement term.  I promised to do my best to stay as gender neutral as possible, and they promised to assume that I was doing my best, and to not be offended.
