Yeah.  I couldn't get the lead on my previous contract interested at all.

Doing a bit more digging would be a sensible, intelligent, curious move.

Well, the blessing of being unemployed ^H between contracts is that I'm my own team lead.
I think I'll have a conversation about with my self. <grin>

Maybe I can prepare up front for a conversation with a team lead...
