I am not trying to convince them. I have neither the desire nor the time to spend with people who can only see the problems with XP and none of the opprotunities or possibilities. However, these are real people functioning at a high level in many programming environments (or at least I imagine they are). Their successes on teams and experience gives them a lot of authority on teams wanting to adopt XP or other Agile process. I imagine their objections can seriously impede or undermine good natured attempts for improvement. Is it enough to simply ignore these people and put them in a part of the project where they can do no harm? I suspect you cannot, but I really don't know. That is why I am asking. ------------------------ Yahoo!
