There seems to be no energy or buzz around the office, if you exclude the one guy who drank our KoolAid. He comes to work early(because he wants to) and has a great time. Are they doing the best they can? I don't think so. I think most of them are satisfied with "good enough for now". Most of them are not growing at all. That is the hardest part for me, because I feel strongly that I can help them there. The customers are happy, but less happy than they used to be...we survey them once a year, and our scores went down slightly. <snip really good stuff but i have to go home now> ------------------------ Yahoo!
