Then 'endorse' THEIR decision for them. Yes. Someone else mentioned that technique recently. And, not everyone needs to make a lot of decisions. Decisions need to be made. I don't think that is best implemented by democracy. Consensus perhaps. Sometimes someone just jumps up and says "let's go over here," and everyone goes over there.
