Is there something specific that you do to come to agreement?  I 
can see that you hold face-to-face talks.  Do you have some 
process or guidelines or groundrules for those talks?  How do you 
test for agreement?

Okay.  I don't know enough about Balanced Scorecards to ask more 
questions.  (And my Balanced Scorecard book is currently packed.)
