Well maybe, but all that skill, training, and equipment was provided by
someone else long before the left the deck. I (we flight leader) simply
went to the briefing, and gathered our crew and followed the procedures.

This is a possibly unique point of view in the XP world so I don't want
to push too far, just to bring out the issue of separating, management,
leadership, and enablement of others to do their job.
