Cool. Deferral of details is key to the whole agile life. We also found this changed our style of use cases to be more explicit. They used to say stuff like "display product information - fields depend on product" and maybe some appendix or design doc would list the fields. Now when we do product A in iteration 1, they say "display information for product A, fields are ..." then in iteration 2 we might add a separate flow or start a table of some kind to show the fields per product. Hmmm, that didn't exactly sing as an example, but I think we're happy about the way it changes our thinking.
