Some ideas off the top of my head:
  - Invest in bandwidth
  - Explore every technical pairing technology you can find
    - Ask people to explore these tools with you
    - Post all the opinions about them
  - Find a tool/protocol that lets people know when they want a pair and 
when they are available to pair
    - This could be as simple as a group chat
    - This should be visible to all, so everyone is aware of what's 
happening in the virtual room around them
