Re: [extremeprogramming] Pairing styles

In my own experience, the strongest developer objections arose when devs
were told to our by someone in authority. I support such a reaction.

I've never had much difficulty introducing voluntary pairing with the
decision to make it a standard practice deferred to the team - where it
belongs.
