RE: Status of TKP Project

Scott,

Feel free to use the following in your writings or your talks.

I complained to Fidelity that their self-implemented menus on their
web page did not work.  They had fixed size drop-down boxes for the text
of the links under the menu items.  Since I was using larger fonts, most
of the text was not even displayed.

Here is part of their response:

"I apologize that you are experiencing difficulty viewing the Fidelity 
webpage.  I can understand your frustration.

"I have contacted the Fidelity Electronic Channel Support Group regarding 
your Fidelity Website Viewing problem.   In order to fix the problem, 
they informed me that you can only view the webpage properly by using a 
Font Size of 96 DPI and a Configuration of 800 X 600, or 1024 X 768.  If 
those steps do not work, they suggested that you contact them in order 
to pinpoint the problem."

I promise you that I did not make up the above quote.  It is cut directly
from an email response that they sent me.

Eventually they got my point that this was not my problem, it was their
problem.  They agreed to consider my points in future management
discussions about the web site.
