Nice call.  Yes, I'm now using Firefox, and yes, the keyhole still exists
under IE, though I see 11 entries, not 10.  But now I'm wondering where the
responsibility for the keyhole lies.  I assumed it was the site designers
at UAL, but now it looks like it could be the developers at MS.  Do you
have any insight into what causes this problem?

I wish I could, but she passed away in September.  Very sudden, very sad.
The holidays were not much fun this year.  Thank you for thinking of her.
