Revised Fixed-Width Web Page Keyhole Chapter now available

I've just posted a revised version of my chapter on fixed-width web pages.
There are lots of change bars, but only a few significant changes.  Look
for entire paragraphs with change bars.  They're completely new.  The URL
is the same as it ever was:  http://www.aristeia.com/TKP/webpages.pdf

At one point during our discussions of web page readability and line
length, somebody posted a URL for a site that wasn't fixed width (what I
now call unlimited-width).  I wish I'd saved that URL, but I didn't, and I
can't find it by searching the archive.  I'd like to add it to this new
paragraph in the FWWP Keyholes chapter:

  One final observation about FWWP Keyholes and page readability: web
  usability sites rarely employ fixed-width pages. For example, Jakob
  Nielsen's site, Don Norman's site , Bruce Tognazzini's site, and the W3C
  site on user interface technologies all feature unlimited-width web
  pages. It is unlikely that this is an accident.

if you know of other usability sites that fall into this category, please
let me know.  And of course please let me know of usability sites that
contradict this.
