Quick deployment website tool?

At my gig, we occasionally post an SDK for some clients to download.
Previously, I've had to go through red tape to get it posted to our main
site, but now I have a bright and shiny colo box all to myself and I
have new deployment to post. Rather than rolling a bland html page, I
was thinking of throwing down something like Trac and wanted to ask for
y'alls suggestions. I don't really need issue tracking (it's really just
a download location for now -- and we've got a JIRA install I could
publish to our clients if I needed) -- ideally, something a la
SourceForge or RubyForge, etc. -- I'd use one of those, but we're
currently restricting access to the download and it's not open source.
And I don't need a lengthy install since there's only a handful of
clients at the moment.
