We may, if we can find something that does what we need.  But the ones
we've looked at want to control your front-end interface.  We want a
standard website, that we can have logic and database stuff and all
that jazz.  But they want to release content on a different schedule
than code (and they want to include general layout as code, just not
the stuff that fills in that layout).

Not being much of a CMS guy, I don't know how most people accomplish this.
