Laurent, As I said, my own experience has taught me the truth of much of what was said. There are not just detractors that are making up FUD, as more and more companies embrace agile this is the reality of what they are experiencing. I've personally experienced amazing results with a pragmatic agile approach and I've inherited disasters that were called Agile.
